Complete qualifications and strict production standards Aoguan Thin Steel has the production qualification of thin plate building materials, and has passed the GB/T19001 quality management certification system, GB/T24001 environmental management system, and GB/T45001 occupational health and safety management system. In strict accordance with the quality inspection standards of "continuous hot-dip galvanized steel" (GB/T 2518-2019) and "color coated steel plate" (Q/AG 001 2024) to ensure product quality.

Excellent technology and high quality Equipped with the most cutting edge machines and experienced workers, we can produce 0.13-1.5mm thickness color coated coil and galvanized coil. Our main products include GI & GL with customized zinc thickness; RMP, HDP and PVDF paints painted onto various base materials such as galvalume, stainless steel, aluminum coil. We are also capable to produce pattern printed, wrinkle and matt, antistatic, nano heat insulation coils. The base coils can be painted with different colors and patterns without fading, with good durability, good gloss and no rust. All the production line is highly computerized to ensure stable quality. Furthermore, in order to meet customer's different needs in width, we are also equiped with a slitting line.

Printed color coated sheets Our new production line is most extraordinary and can achieve a thickness of 1.5mm, three coatings and two ovening. The electrostatic powder spray painting technique allows us to achieve painting thickness as high as 50um on one side. Our production capability is rare both home and abroad, which allows us to satisfy different customer needs and requirements. With hot-dip galvanized/galvalume coils as the substrate, printed color coated coils showcase various designs, colors and textures through roller coating printing ink, and can be made into different patterns such as wood grains, disruptive patterns and stone grains through the printing technique. We're able to offer customized sheets with various texture patterns.

Efficient production and fast delivery Our annual production capacity exceeded 1 million tons, the total investment exceeded 500 million yuan, the factory space exceeded 100,000 square meters, the total area was 160 acres. Aoguan has 7 production lines, and the industrial chain was complete. We are equipped with high-end precision equipment such as tension leveling machines and welding machines, and undertakes various high-demand orders.
